  • Your real estate team consist of 4 main people.

    1. Your Realtor.

    My job is to educate you and provide guidance throughout the process. I'll schedule showings based on your criteria and be your voice during negotiation.

    2. Your Lender.

    Understanding your buying power is key whether your are using cash or financing a loan. Knowing how the sticker price translates to monthly payments and closing costs is very important.

    3. Your attorney

    Having someone protect you during the transaction is essential. Your attorney will review contracts, documents and set up closing paperwork.

    4. Your Inspector

    Knowing the condition of your home is important. Your Inspector will do a full check of everything from appliances to windows and everything in between.

    And no need to fear. I have already done the process of finding the best of the best. I have a full team ready to serve!

  • Based on your specific criteria, I will set up a search for your home on MLS and as well off market properties not searching to the public. There's no perfect home. Finding the right home is about patience and compromise.

    Once we find your new home, it's my job to determine it's market value and put you in the best position to win.

  • Here's a timeline of the transaction for a 30 days close.

    ✓ 1-3 days Earnest money #1 due

    ✓ by the 5th Inspection

    ✓ Earnest money #2 due after Attorney review

    ✓ 1-27 days Underwriting with the Lender

    ✓ Due 27th day Appraisal

    ✓ 30th-day Final walkthrough
