Now we’re finally getting organized in the new home after months of renovation, it felt like a whirlwind of actions during the time we looked for our home, and we were glad JP was with us every step of the way. It took many, many iterations for me and my husband to find it. I especially appreciated JP pointing out potentially problematic areas in the units we were looking at, which equipped us to identify the ones that fit our need. On the day we spotted ‘the one’, JP was very responsive and was able to get us to meet with the owner’s agent at the house at a few hours notice, and made the offer on the same day.

I started the process of buying a home with my family unsure and a little scared, but the first thing he did when we had our first meeting was teach me about the process so that I would know what to expect and how to go about the different phases of buying a new home. His expertise made me feel so confident about the process, that when we finally found the property we wanted, I went into the next phases not only knowing what to expect, but also knowing that JP was looking out for me and what was best for our family. He always kept in mind our 1st conversation and what we had mentioned that we wanted! If you’re looking to buy/sell, look no further. JP is the best realtor out there. The entire process was seamless (even those offers we submitted and lost). In those moments he reassured us that the right one was out there and to not get discouraged. And he was right!!!! He answered every question and always responded in a timely matter. He didn’t miss a beat. I loved that his Instagram page had videos about everything you can think of asking. I trusted JP throughout the entire process because he knew what would work best.
